Many young athletes want to get stronger, faster, more confident, but Don’t Know Where to Start.
Improper training can lead to poor technique, increased injury risk, lack of motivation, or wasted effort.
We want to give young athletes everything they need to build a strong foundation and start their training journey the right way.
Our 12 Week Youth Athlete Development Program is designed for ages 11-15 who are New to Strength & Conditioning.
Across three progressive phases, athletes will learn the Fundamentals of Movement, Develop Confidence, and Experience what it feels like to train with Structure and Purpose.
This program is built from our experience working with athletes and clubs at the highest level, refined to be Safe, Simple, and Effective for those starting out.
