Coach/Thursday Morning Specailist
When did you start at T6P?

What is your role..
Senior Performance Coach. You can catch me at the gym Thursday mornings.
Favourite memory/memories at T6P?
At the Sixth Principle I've been able to share and create so many memories and moments with members and staff, making it incredibly difficult to choose one specific moment that I cherish the most. However, I love to see the little wins and growth in my clients, allowing them to self-actualise and understand what they are truly capable of in the gym or within their sport. Which could be as simple as achieving a PB on a lift or a run, winning a championship or having a good game on the weekend or seeing the cogs turn with them understanding and nailing a movement and getting to be there and share this experience alongside them and their journeys.
On a side note I do have the say the Sixth Principle Christmas parties however never disappoint and are always a guaranteed fun night and fond memories.

Greatest sporting/physical achievement/memory
One of my greatest achievements and memories I had that I will always cherish and look back on so fondly is an opportunity I had to be Head Coach of a Men's Basketball team representing Australia at the World Dwarf Games in Cologne, Germany in 2023. I had the privilege of getting to coach and represent our country alongside some truly inspiring individuals. This was a long journey that involved several training camps across Australia but we were able to cap it all off becoming the eventual World Champions and bringing a Gold Medal back to home soil.
