Senior Coach

What is your Role at T6P?

I’m a Performance Coach, I work collaboratively with my athletes to improve their overall performance

My time began during early 2022 when I completed the Internship. Fast-forward 6 months and I commenced working as a coach

Favourite Memories at T6P?

Working with the Bayside Argonauts FC Men’s (State 1) and Women’s (VPL) teams throughout the 2025 season.

Alongside watching some of my athletes stand out on when playing at Club Level and in Representative Leagues for their respective sports.

What are your Coaching Areas of Interest?

I’m interested in Athlete Development, and I enjoy working with individuals who are new to the gym and want to build a strong training foundation, build confidence and create a positive life-long relationship with training

What Client Population Groups do you work with?

Anyone who is wanting to embark on their fitness journey, however I mainly work with;

  • Youth Population

  • Athletes; of any sport ranging from those wanting to start to experienced lifters

  • Running-based athletes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science

  • Bachelor of Business (Sports Management)

Greatest Sporting Achievement:

Completing the Surf Coast Trail Marathon in 2025

When did you start training at T6P?

I started training at T6P back in 2021.

What brought you to T6P?

I originally started here as a part of the speed project but then when I had an ankle injury Jarrad helped me find a physio and said I could do my rehab at the gym.

What successes did you have from training at T6P?

Since I’ve started at T6P I’ve gotten a lot stronger and haven’t had an injury since I’ve started here which I feel is a priority of the coaches at the gym and has helped me heaps in season

How did your coach help you with your goals?

Steve has helped me improve on all my lifts by helping me gain new pbs, he also stays in constant communication to find ways to best suit me in-season and off-season. 

Would you recommend us?

I would recommend T6P as it has helped my football heaps since I’ve started there and all the coaches there are great.
